I Thought I Was Just Researching AI Automations
It started simple: and ended amazing!
I was feeding NotebookLM a bunch of YouTube transcripts, trying to extract the top AI automation practices from hundreds of videos.
I wanted plans. I wanted systems.

For weeks I was deep in the research rabbit hole:
I was studying 30 of the top video tutorials and creating amazing podcasts, day after day…
And something that I didn’t expect — happened. The more I used AI to study, summarize and organize dozens and dozens of other creators’ automation tutorials, their agent setups, even their mistakes — the faster I leveled up. Like scary fast.
I quickly moved from feeling overwhelmed with the massive changes in AI — to having a bird’s eye view of what all the top creators were doing. Without realizing it, I was working with confidence and purpose again.
That’s when it hit me: I don’t need to build from scratch. I just need to build on top of what already works — by training an AI to remix all the best into a package. So here’s what I’m doing next (and I’d love to hear your thoughts):
🔹 Phase One: Building the Master Library
I’m moving everything from my own successful Course and Community on WHOP into a new Skool instance. We have an amazing stack of Make Blueprints that will move over, better organized, easier to find, access and use. And next, I’m going to broaden my blueprint knowledge — and then give all this new knowledge to an AI Agent to create blueprints on command. This AI Coding Agent will be trained on my blueprints, and, I’ll also train it on all the best blueprints I find in the AI Automation communities that I join. The AI will be trained on:
- Make.com workflows
- AI agent configs
- Automation sequences from top creators
Instead of just learning from the top AI Automation Youtube tutorials, I’ll join all the channels for the creators who are masters in the field. Then, I’ll go silent, and get to work studying the works of the AI Automation Masters. And I’m tagging everything. By tool, by goal, by outcome. So nothing gets lost.
🔹 Phase Two: AI Agent Blueprint Monster
Here’s the twist most people miss: I don’t want to learn the blueprints, I want to train my AI so it learns the blueprints and then it can create custom flows. Once I have created my personal library of all the blueprints from all the various AI Automation communities, I’m feeding it to a custom AI coding agent — it will be trained not just to understand each blueprint…
But to generate completely new, tailored workflows to specification.
At first I’ll aim to have the AI generate standard Blueprint Packs — a set of seven common automation sequences that can be tuned for a specific industry, a specific business and toward a specific ideal customer profile.
“Generate a Blueprint Automation Pack for Priya the Real Estate Agent who helps first time home buyers in her region.”
And boom your blueprints for — content writing automations, social media automations, social comment automations and your customer journey automation blueprints are created... The AI Agent has draft instructions. everything is ready for review and setup!
The goal is that we can prepare a batch of automations that cover all stages of the business plan, customized for different industries.
If you run an Web Design Firm focused on serving real estate brokers across the country — we can craft a set of Blueprints to help automate the most impactful areas for your realtor clients.
Why This Matters (More Than You Think)
Most people try to “learn AI” by watching one tutorial at a time. But that if there are better tutorials that you are missing? When you start training AI on dozens (or hundreds) of real-world automation examples, something changes. You stop worrying… and start creating.
